1)  Math shows order in the universe.

Hast thou an arm like God ? or canst thou thunder with a voice like Him ? (Job 40:9)

Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? (Job 38:4)

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handywork.  Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge (Psalm 19:1,2)

God has created an orderly universe.  It is concise, purposeful, and consistent.  The universe is designed in a rational and orderly fashion.  In fact, it is so orderly, it can be described mathematically. God maintains the entire universe without any help.  We can rely on Him and His strength.  Reading the history of creation in the Bible reveals this orderliness.  Math families, for example, illustrates order.

2)  Math reveals the precision of God and His plan.

He will keep the feet of His saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail
(I Samuel 2:9)

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in His way (Psalm 37:23)

God has a plan.  None can undo it for He alone is all powerful (omnipotent), all knowing (omniscient) and everywhere (omnipresent).  Math reveals this very precision of our Lord.  Math is exact.  Solving a mathematical question requires that it must be addressed in an orderly, systematic, and accurate fashion.  There is always a right answer otherwise we will end up with a "leaning tower of Pisa".

3)  Math illustrates that God is unchanging.

For I am the LORD, I change not (Malachi 3:6)

... the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17)

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8)

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come
(Revelations 1:8)

Even though the situations of humans change from year to year and century to century, God and His Word do not change.  God is unlimited and unending.  Our counting numbers have no end.  The equation 1 + 1 = 2, for example, was true for the ancients, those in the middle ages, the Victorian Era, for us, and for those 1000 years from today (if the Lord should tarry).  This equation is true whether one lives in Idaho, the Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, or Germany.  It is true for all people every where at all times.

4)  Math demonstrates that we can rest in His promises and trust in Him.

God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the Son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? (Numbers 23:19)

But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. (Matthew 10:30)

Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? (Isaiah 40:12)

God is consistent.  He knows our every need, even before we ask it!  Learning our math facts and, later, higher math concepts, shows His all-inclusiveness and consistency.  He is never surprised or shaken.  Math is a tool that we can use to have a small glimpse at the wisdom of God.  Every fact in the universe is a created fact.  These facts have meaning because God created them.  Math is not boring because God is not boring.  God knows all things that were, or are or ever shall be.  He also knows what could have been and what might have been.  Only God can contain an exhaustive knowledge of all facts.  Numbers do not lie.  The numbers on scales and birth certificates, for example, reflect a small portion of reality.  King Belshazzar found this out when his kingdom was weighed in the balances and found wanting (Daniel 5:25-28).

5)  Like the ancients, some moderns have made an idol of numbers (worshipping them). The Christian, however, looks at the One that created the numbers and uses them to serve and worship Him.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth
(2 Timothy 2:15)

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ
(2 Corinthians 10:5)

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (Colossians 2:8)

Some ancients had gods that had various animal parts demonstrating different aspects of God (e.g., strength, wisdom, etc.).  As time went on, these ancients forgot the One to whom they were worshipping and began to worship the things they made.  Humans today are not different.  Many will study one aspect of knowledge and forget the One that created this knowledge.  Christians need to restore true knowledge using it to serve Him.  Rather than looking to see the long range impact of societal decisions, for example, many times public policy is determined by the fickleness of polls.  How math is approached quickly demonstrates whether the Creator or the creature is being worshipped.

6)  Christians use math to protect His people and the weak from cheats and swindlers.

Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of My people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless ! (Isaiah10:1,2)

He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth Him hath mercy on the poor.  (Proverbs 14:31)

The ungodly do not want people to be educated.  Why?  An illiterate man is easy to manipulate and swindle.  God's people need to study to show themselves approved to protect the weak and helpless from those that would manipulate and ruin them.  God is righteous.  There is right and wrong.  Math reflects this righteousness.  There is only one answer to 1+1.  Christians need to have a good grasp of mathematical concepts.  Wolves have and will continue to try to find their way into the flock to lead others astray. In order to spot these con artists, Christians need to be able to weigh information in the balance through the light of His Word to protect Christians and non-Christians alike.
