Senses and the Nervous System

 

 

Nerves: carry messages
  a)  carry messages to the brain
  b)  tells the meaning of the message
  c)  carry messages from the brain

 

Spinal Cord: bundle of millions of nerve cells
  a)  attached to base of brain
  b)  protected by backbone
  c)  nerves enter and leave the spinal cord all along the back bone

 

Nervous System: Allows you to feel, understand, learn, solve problems, remember, see, move, hear, smell, and touch.

 

 

The left side of your brain controls the right side of your body.

The right side of your brain controls the left side of your body.

 

Your brain is connected to the Spinal Cord.
