Since both of my daughters have graduated homeschooling and are independent. I have accepted the Director of Social Work position at a local hospital ... oh wait, they changed the title to include more responsibility ... I'm Director of Resident and Family Services. About 2 weeks ago, I was sent to a conference and this week has been my first full week. Yes, I realize it is Thursday and NOT Friday, but it has been a full week so far!

Thanks all. My very first day on the position, they gave me a brand new job description asking me to do more stuff (cuz they trusted my abilities) ...
